I am unable to login to my account on the app since last update (4.4.33). Tried in-app password reset but response is "This customer does not exist in our system". Login using Web browser is OK so issues appear to be only app related. [Update 25/01/21] Thank you to developers for quick response. Bug fix update v4.4.34 has fully resolved the login issues.
App crashes when selecting shipping company. Domestic forwarding small package (700g) within Germany costs more than 30€ with preselected DHL.
Does not work. Neither does company web interface.

Don't use if you don't want to pay for nothing! Terrible user interface, slow service and fraud payment charges. Don't ever give them your financial information!
